Did she really say that? That’s ridiculous! Who is she to decide when the movement is over?? You see what I mean? She gets to decide who’s a feminist, who comes to women’s only events, what riot grrrl is, when it starts, and when it’s over. The PEOPLE of a movement decide that. She is not the leader. Especially not now that so many people have adopted the movement, and that feminism has grown (in theory and practice) since the 90s. Wtf ever, K Hanna. We don’t need you. This is, was, and always will be our movement to define.
